Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel your order if your order is still processing, meaning it has not been dispatched (shipped). Cancellations must be sent via email to indigoprintsco@gmail.com with your full name and order number. If the order has been dispatched you will need to return the order via mail at your own expense to receive a refund of the product. Please note shipping will not be refunded if the order was dispatched. If we are able to refund your order in time please allow up to 48-72 hours for the funds to return to your account or depending on your banks policy. 

 

How quickly do you ship out my order?

We  process orders as quickly as possible, but please allow 2-5 working days hours for your order to be dispatched. All orders are custom printed.  Please exclude all weekends and major holidays. If you need it sooner, it's always good to add notes on the comment section to let us know. We will do our best to expedite the order.

 

How do I track my order?

You will be notified once the order has been shipped. That email will contain a tracking number for you to track your order. You can always email us to find out more information about your order.

 

Can I return my order?

All returns must be made within 7 business days of receiving your merchandise. Orders must be return in full undamaged and unworn. Please note that returns must be made via mail and shipping is at your expense. Also note shipping fees will not be refunded.

 

Can I exchange for a different size?

All exchanges must be made within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise. Orders must be exchanged in full undamaged and unworn. Please note that exchanges must be made via mail and shipping is at your own expense.

 

I received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, what do I do?

Please contact us via email immediately if you received a damage , defective or incorrect item.
